Update on house
They accepted another offer today. This seriously was our dream house and perfect for us. I had a good feeling too. So depressed right now. I really can't see us finding a house like this. It was a legal two, all updated, no work needed to be done, HUGE property, 2 car garage, etc.
I think the offer they took was 10K more than ours. so sad and mad....

I am so sorry. I can imagine how disappointing that must feel. DH and I have been looking for almost two years, made numerous offers, and this is the where we are now is the farthest we have gotten in the process. 
I hope you will find something else you love even more that will make you feel like that everything happens for a reason.

Oh Jackie thats terrible! I'm so sorry  I'm sure there's another one coming onto the market soon that you guys are gonna love! I keep hearing that we're going to be inundated with inventory soon!

Sorry to hear that.
We had to walk away from buying my parents house which was awkward.... but we found a house we really love and everything is working out.
It's a frustrating process but your home is out there.
