Inspection...
... went well. We are one step closer to getting this house!!
Since we've been through this before and already have relationships with our lawyer and bank, we are going to call the bank and our lawyer and tell them to expect a contract inthe mail. mostly so we can expedite the appraisal. Both parties want to close before May 1st.
