SOOO many of what I feared came true..but I did not fear labor and delivery at all. Hypnobirthing made me look forward to it all.
You can prevent tearing very easily

just the fear of all that pain! I cried the whole day before I was induced. I was like why did I do this to myself!
All and all it wasn't that bad. Once I had the epi things were better.
Heck - I'd even do it again!

My biggest fear is the cord being wrapped around the babies neck.
mine too. Ever since watching "In the Womb" and watching what the baby goes through to come out, I never realized how close the cord is.
