I keep seeing his name pop up in posts. Who is he? Does he have his own company?

We used Fernando last summer for a paver walkway-We were happy with him- his people do a beautiful job. I wasn't on LIF that time-and it was funny to go back and read all the raves from his customers here!

I've never used him, but I was driving down a block in my neighborhood and I saw his sign on the lawn. From what I saw, what he was doing looked great.
