It depends what its a call for.
I've found them to be pretty good with that stuff in general.

From this morning, which I know isn't really that long. . .
I'm just anxious to get some blood work results and to get my prescription for some meds which I want to start taking ASAP.
I'm new to the practice, so I wasn't sure how they handle messages and how long they take to respond.

I'd probably call them back if you haven't heard yet. Especially for the prescription.
If I had bloodwork in the morning, I'd usually have results between 3 - 4 pm.

They start returning calls for test results after 3pm.
If you dont hear by 4ish you can give them a call. But I never had a problem with them NOT getting back to me

YAY they called . . .
Stupid cell phone didn't notify me that I had a voicemail, so when I called the office back the doc said "oh I left you a voicemail!"

For Betas/Bloods, Ive gotten calls as early as 1pm and as late as 5. I was always the first on line for early am bloodwork but I lived very close to NSUH when I was doing IF treatments.
