I BF DD until she was 5 weeks, then pumped BM until she was 12 weeks, before moving to all formula. I also supplemented during this time as well.
When I got pregnant with DS I knew we were going to straight to FF as my BF experience was quite tramatic and I didn't want to go through that again.

1st  = 1 year  (had to supplement w/formula around 8-9 months due to milk supply issues)
2nd = 6 months, EBF
 = She's 3.5 months old and still EBF
I worked F/T the whole time with my 1st. I pumped at work for a whole year! 
And with my second I pumped at work the whole 6 months. My babies were big so I couldn't keep up with how much milk they needed, I just couldn't make enough. 
So far with my DD, I have enough, but I usually do until around 6 months old. I'm going to BF until at least 6 months like my 2nd son. I really get upset when I'm weaning from nursing. It's "our" time together. But, I just HATE pumping at work. I don't have an area that I can leave it set up in so I have to break it down every time, it's so annoying. I pump 2 times a day so it's not bad, but time consuming.

DS - 5 months & I supplement from the beginning.
DD-EBF for 6.5 months so far...I just dropped one of my pumping sessions at work so I'm only pumping once while here. My goal was 6 months. Now I'm just taking it month by month.

Both kids went back to work at 3 months.
DC 1 = EBF 9 months (until 1st tooth) then formula to milk
DC 2 = EBF 13 months, no formula staright to milk...still nursing at night, WITH 6 teeth !

DD 8 months
DS 8 weeks (he had severe allergies to dairy, wheat and soy)

I worked full time with both DDs:
DD number 1 EBFed until 4 months
DD number 2 is 11 months and still EBF- I plan to go till 12 months.
