Birth Announcements - Too Late?
DD will be 7 weeks old on Tuesday...is it too late to send out birth announcements? I should've been on top of it, but, I've spent so much time just enjoying her!

Re: Birth Announcements - Too Late?
Definitely not too late. People don't expect them immediately. Besides trying to get a picture you like for them, people understand you're home trying to take care of a newborn!
We had friends who had their baby in September who sent combo birth announcements / christmas card. You could always do combo birth announcements / easter cards if you're really worried about it, but I think you're fine to just do regular birth announcements now if you want.

Re: Birth Announcements - Too Late?
DS was 2 months old when we sent ours. I combined them with Christmas cards so it was 2 for the price of 1!!!

Same with me. They just arrived to all of my family last week when she was about 9 weeks old. It took so long to get the professional pictures, so I had to wait.
I have received a few announcements from friends too that were sent around 2-3 months old.
You'll be fine!!! Everyone will want to see your cutie. Never too late

Re: Birth Announcements - Too Late?
Not at all...if you celebrate Easter or St. Patty's Day you can do something along those lines. For my son I did a Christmas one that read "Christmas came early this Year!" Maybe you can do something like"Look what the Eater bunny delivered, etc", lol.
