Happy to announce we are
<------------In Full Contract.
Just signed everything today.
Along with the contract for the house we're buying. 
Everything went so fast. Only 3 weeks on the market and we got what we were looking for. Which is more than we owe but less than we paid. Not bad in todays market.
ETS: NOW maybe I can get some sleep

I am going to miss my phone ringing at 8am on saturday with people begging me to get them in to see your house

DH thinks I'm crazy. But it's hard!
And it doesn't help that I'm a cry baby. I'm way to emotional over everything
We're only going about 2 miles up the road to Lake Grove.
