LOL big bucks. And the price tag is still going up.
I would expect to pay at least 150k when you are all said and done. Dormer contracts tend to not include any major "extras" so don't get your hopes up if you get an 80-100k quote. It will cost more.
If you want to go real nice and totally redo the entire house including the first floor with top of the line stuff... probably closer to 200k.

we were just talking about this the other day
It was a lot, but we also did the outside and pool and that really added to the price tag
We honestly dont even have the exact figure
