inspection
After your home inspection did you go back to the seller with any demands or negotiate anything into your contract?
Just wondering what other ppl had to deal with!

Fortunately our inspection went pretty well (a few minor things, but nothing we felt was worth a fight). The only thing we went back and forth on for a while was having the oil tank abandoned and a new one in the basement prior to closing, but that was in our initial offer.
