Anyone use Dr. Talebian for their pediatrician?
I need to switch pediatricians. Mine dropped the ball on my babies getting their RSV shot in January. They did get the shot, but only after me and DH going ballistic on them because we would have had to wait about 10 days which would have put us into February and january's shot would have been skipped. The office manager never got the approval from the insurance company like she was supposed to at our first visit. Everytime we asked about it, the Ped said it was taken care of. Well, it wasn't  I know Dr. Talebian is affiliated with Winthrop and Good Sam. Does anyone here use him? Do you like him? He was recommended by a friend. Just wanted to see if anyone else uses him. TIA!

He's in babylon i thought? I know he has an office in Garden city too but isn't he in babylon too?

Ditto! He has been great and I have seen another doctor in the practice too that I love. I highly recommend them!

I go to the group in GC. I love Dr Talebian. I have also seen Dr. El-Baba and like him too. Dr. Bournias saw DS in the hospital and she was so nice. I am actually seeing her Monday for DS's shots.
I picked this group because they were convenient and I like how they operate. Also 2 of my friends use them and they are both nurses. If the nurses like them then I know I can trust them.

ditto. i loved dr talebian and the other drs and nurses too. but i didnt like that everytime we had an appt we would wait 30-45 mins even when no one was in the waiting room with me.

Excellent Doctor, beautiful office and very nice staff. We used them until we moved and I could not have been happier.

And I was going to say that we never have to wait. Even if I call last minute that DD is sick, we never wait to be seen. I am surprised that you had to wait. I also like their staff....really caring.

WE LOVE HIM!!!
And most of the Dr's there!!! I go to the GC office also, and very raley had to wait... and if I need call to come in same day if my DD wasn't feeling well, or she fell or anything like that, they ususally have you come in within a couple of hours... if not asap.
I also love how they have the well and sick sides...

I met Dr. Talebian at Winthrop when my second son was born as my pediatricians do not have privileges there. He seemed very friendly and had a good bed-side manner.

Really?? Our first visit when DD was 5 days old we sat in the room for an hour, that I went outside to get someone b/c I thought they forgot about us. The two times after that we waited a good 30 minutes.

We love Talabian and have never had to wait. I was very surprised to hear that. When the kids were weeks old they would even let us wait in the check up room to avoid contact with all the kids. Love the nurses there.
