I think Chad was nuts. And totally not normal. The dog crazy agreement, the hair, the needing the fathers approval....issues. Glad hes gone.

We watched that too last night....I haven't seen this show in a while, and I don't know everyones name. But why did the guy with the harry potter glasses look different? Did he gain weight? Is he still with his girl friend?

I watched it last night too. Chad was a total weirdo but I found him more entertaining then this new a $$hole they have on. He is just plain cocky!

I heart Josh Flagg, I can't believe he is only 21. He is my favorite, but i did find this about Chad, the Beetle.
So what happened to Chad (pictured, right), the youthful agent who always touched his Justin Bieber-like hair, was completely lacking in self-awareness and spoke in a stilted manner befitting a child star?
In a recent interview, Chad said he left because he became too busy with his real estate work. Madison also told me it was Chad's decision to leave the show

now the new douche (uh, i mean josh..) did anyone notice that when referring to prices, all he said was "bucks"? i was yelling at the tv every time he said it!
and, his suits are too tight.

I have a crush on Josh Flagg, he seems older than 21 Madison is so gorgeous and I love him. New guy is a snake but I dont miss Chad he was so annoying!
