We did a Very Hungry Caterpillar theme for DS's 1st.
Favors were the little accordian fold boxes from Val at Do Me A Favor. Cake was from a friend up here by us (Piece of Cake in Plymouth, MA).

LOVE this!!! I wanted to do Dr. Seuss as the theme, but DS wouldn't know who it is. But now I kinda wish I did it anyway! GREAT job!
We are doing Yo Gabba Gabba  DS lights up when he hears the songs and sees them on TV, so I hope he enjoys everything I have planned.

I think we are doing a camo theme. It's also DH's 40th so that rules out some of the kiddie themes.
