Backpack leash?
I am going to be one of those moms I hate, but I think I need to get a backpack leash for DS. He is only 14 months, do you think he is too little?
He hates the stroller, hates to be carried, only wants to walk. He refuses to hold my hand and he runs. I am scared he is going to hurt himself, falling down the stairs or running into the street. I am 5 months pregnant and when I carry him, he kicks my belly to make me let him down.
Anyone have one they recommend?

I love the Eddie Bauer one we got - they have a few styles, we got the puppy one. Luca looooooves wearing it, he thinks it's the funniest thing.

I used to use the monkey one for DS#1. I still have it in case DS#2 turns out to be a runner too.

Our DD, who is also 14 months, hates the stroller and holding our hands, loves to walk everywhere and always tries to squirm out of our arms when we hold her. She also likes to take off in all directions, so we decided to get her a "leash". We got this brand (link below) and love it. It just fits her at the smallest strap settings and has lots of room to grow. DD is about 22 lbs and 29 in tall, BTW. We got the pink pig, but the lion is awesome as well!

Thanks, I will definitely check this one out. DS is 25 lbs and 30 inches tall, so it should fit the same.

DS is 15 months old. Weighs 23 pounds and is 30 inches tall. I just bought him the monkey one last week. I put it on him and he was fine with it...I will be using it when we finally can make it out of the house..

DS loves his, haven't been out with it yet but he likes to be "walked" around the house.
