YES TECHNICALLY BUT his family PUT UP A HUGE HUGE FIGHT and I had to give it up to the hospital. IT WAS A HORRIBLE thing to deal with to begin, then through in his HORRIBLE family. THEY made it to be 1 millions times WORSE!!!! They did though not make any finally decisions without me knowing and approving. (hiding it from his family) it was so bad The Ethics Committee and security was involved, AND BEFORE you go say well that wont happen to me, YOU BETTER THINK AGAIN!
ETA: This is what I love without EVERYDAY for almost 5 years now

This has to be done. I was just married in September and I just did this on Monday! I have a will, living will, power of attorney, health care proxy, and gaurdianship. IT NEEDS TO BE DONE! No matter how little you have. Especially living will and health care proxy.
For example- if something happens to me I dont want to be kept alive by artificial means. I told this to my dad and he said "He would not go by my wishes and will try to keep me alive any possible way". so it is now in writing and DH does not have to go though the fighing and craziness if it happens.
Please do it!!!

No, we don't have wills. We really need to take care of it, at least a living will. DH avoids discussing these things, and I let him get away with it.
