Rental in Nassau
Does anyone know of any rentals in the Nassau area (Lynbrook, East Meadow, Westbury, Mineola, Glen Cove or any where close to these towns). We are looking for either a private house or nice building. Thanks!!!!

FH is giving up his apartment in Franklin Square, but it's a basement, so I don't think you want it!
We had a hard time finding something affordable (for us) in Nassau so we're meeting to sign our Queens lease tonight.

Alicia,
When are you looking to move? We just bought a house and are leaving our rental in April or May but I know the landlord hasn't put it back on the market yet. We have an amazing three bedroom two bath single family house on a decent sized lot in Carle Place, it's been absolutely wonderful and the landlord is great too!

We temporarily lived at the Avalon in Glen Cove while we were renovating our house. We lived in the smaller building on Glen Street. We absolutely loved it. There is a pool, bbq/picnic area, gym, party room etc. It is a great building!
