Fever and upset tummy? (warning TMI)
Luca had a fever of 102 plus an upset tummy. He kept complaining that his tummy hurt every time he pooped. Two poops were normal, the third started out normal but turned into diarrhea 
I gave him pedialyte, he ate a small dinner of carbs, and seemed to feel better. I asked him several times how his tummy felt and he said good, it didn't hurt.
He still had the same fever at bedtime so I gave him Motrin.
Other than Motrin and the BRAT diet, is there anything I can do for him?

keep him hydrated, that's the most important thing.

Can you still give him Mylicon? I did that for Sienna when she had a tummy bug.
Otherwise you are doing great!
I hope my guac didn't hurt his belly

Not at all! in fact, after he was feeling better, that's what he asked to eat
