Re: A bit early but what is your favorite Valentine Day memory?
My all time favorite. I sent a barbershop quartet to my husband's office to sing to him on V day. The receptionist called me so that I could hear them singing and his reaction. Then he turned around and sent them back to MY office!

Re: A bit early but what is your favorite Valentine Day memory?
One time I took DH to White Castle for Valentine's Day.
They take reservations and decorate the place... we had a waiter. Candles. Menus.
It seriously made his life. He tells EVERYONE about it.
Albeit, this was back in our fatter days... but it is seriously the coolest thing I ever did on Valentine's day.

Re: A bit early but what is your favorite Valentine Day memory?
Probably my first as a DH to Jodibabe. She instructed me to meet her after work and have my karaoke CDG's with me. Turned out she had gotten me some studio recording time. I produced a CD of some of my favorite numbers with your's truly on lead vocals.
Valentine's Day is also our engagement anniversary. That was both a good and bad day as I came down with a 24-hour virus during the day. Instead of proposing over dinner, I proposed under the weather!

Re: A bit early but what is your favorite Valentine Day memory?
Hmmmm I really don't know. When I was little, my parents told me that Cupid came in the night and left gifts.
I was always terrified of a little naked person with wings flying in and leaving chocolates. I guess that was memorable???
My first BF asked me out the day after Valentines Day...I was like

Re: A bit early but what is your favorite Valentine Day memory?
my sweetest vday memory is of the 1st grade. a boy in my class gave me a vday card and asked me to marry him.
our mothers knew one another, so our families hung out together that weekend. in front of the whole gang, he asked his father about getting a job because he had asked me to marry him and he needed money for our home together... he went on to list some of the furniture we'd need. among the pieces of furniture, he listed TWO twin beds... aww, being in love when you 6 can be a sweet and innocent thing
i think my mother still has the card

My very first one with DH... I remember going to his house (prob for the 1st time ever) and taking lots of pics... we had only been dating for 2 weeks so you could see just how crazy we were for one another
