NYE Hats and Noise Makers on Sale anywhere?
There will only be about 10 people at my house tonight but of course of all the things I forget, I forget the "crap." Anyone see any cheap places? You think a dollar store would have them? And to make it worse, I am at work right now, with only "rumors" of leaving early

where do you work? there's a guy outside my office building (in the city) selling them off a folding table
