I am wondering... how much snow do you have at this point?
I have only about 3 or 4 inches as of 3:50 pm. My niece(in Coram) says it is up to her knees So that is why I am asking. Could it be that much of a difference from Shirley to Coram? I also have very small flakes. She said hers where big ones

Probably about 4 inches. Wind is whipping though....and it sounded like hail off and on. We're in Amity Harbor not far from Tanner Park.

i talked to my sister my brat of a niece was not telling the truth. Out here it is a sleet mix right now. my face is stinging.

same here. it was sleet but now it is a icy snow. no more packing snow. My road is a skating rink
about 6 inches now too

They said it's snowing 2-3" an hour. We have about 8-10". My dog cannot run around in the backyard any more. He hops around like a rabbit 
I did just have a kid ring my bell to shovel. I thought it was a bit early for him to come by especially since the snow is nowhere near done!
