Anyone refuse to wrap gifts until Christmas Eve night?

Or is it just me. My kids are little so it's not like they know what's going on. I have always done this ( before kids..before getting married)...I will not wrap gifts until Christmas Eve night.

I like to wrap as I go because I just love seeing gifts under the tree! However I may be singing a different tune next year when DS is mobile... afraid he'll try to get into them!

every year thats usually what i do. prob bc im just about done shopping then.

DH does. Sometimes he even ends up wrapping my present(s) Chrismtas morning .

Since I have to wrap all of the gifts, I usually like to start a little earlier and get it out of the way. I also grew up in a household where we always celebrated and opened most of our gifts on Christmas Eve night so it had to be done before.

I still have a bunch of presents to wrap but its not because I refuse to wrap them until tonight..more because ive just been lazy and procrastinated it haha

My Mom always did this! NOt sure why but it was her tradition.

Wrap the gifts, set them up under the tree, take a picture, then sit with just the tree lit and a glass of Baileys!
SHe wouldnt get to sleep until like 4 and then we would wake her at like 8 but she still did it the same way hte following year!

No way!! I'm cooking today!! My kids gifts have been wrapped for 3 weeks now

No matter how hard we try we're still wrapping on Christmas Eve but I refuse to leave it all until then and be up all night and then exhausted on Christmas. We did that one year. Never again.

I'd be wrapping until the next morning. We have a lot of family and get something little for all the kids.

I haven't started wrapping anything yet. I just haven't been motivated. I don't thing we're going to wrap everything. Between DH and I we should be done in 2 hours

We wrap everyone else's presents earlier. Presents for my DS we wrap on the Eve because we have to make a pile and then separate what is from us and what is from Santa (have to use different paper). If we wrapped as we went along we'd forget everything we bought.

I slowly wrapped a little every day this week while ds was in school. We're going to church tonight so I wanted it all done so when we get home, we can put out reindeer food, leave a note and cookies for Santa and all go to bed. I know Jack will be up at the crack of dawn and I have breakfast casseroles to throw together first thing in the am

However, nothing is put under the tree until ds goes to sleep except for the pjs we all get to open tonight

we don't have presents under the tree either. We wrap on Christmas Eve otherwise the kids would open them. Before kids I wrapped earlier, DH ALWAYS waits to the last minute for everything.

I don't like to wait but this year I just can't get motivated to wrap. I just did all of the gifts I needed for tonight and tomorrow on Wed night. I still have 3 to wrap, but 2 are going in a gift bag and the other is at my Moms...I will do them tomorrow...

I don't have any presents under the tree but I def don't want to be wrapping on Christmas eve. Too much else going on and I want to be able to get to sleep by midnight.

I would feel too pressured doing it last minute, plus we are usually out until 1am. Last thing I would want to do is come home and start wrapping.

I always wrapped gifts on christmas eve until last year..now wrap everything days before and store the presents in the closet. I like to have christmas eve downtime with the kids, to bake and relax (and pack since we travel, lol).
