cleaning the stove
can you recommend any products on how to successfully clean your stove? no matter what cleaning products i use or how hard i scrub the stuff never seems to come off!

I use the Easy off no fumes. It's in a blue can. I spray it all over and let it sit over night. I also use it for stuck on food on my broiling pans.
In our building I can't use my self cleaner b/c last time, someone called the fire dept.

For the top I use baking soda and warm water, finish it off with a squirt of Windex.
For the oven I use Easy Off, and if there is still some baked on stuff left, I warm the oven a bit, make a paste of baking soda and warm water, let sit for ten minutes then go at it with a nylon scrubbie.
Cleaning the oven is my least favorite job.
