 sorry, ladies.
I'm not saying you or your DHs aren't good looking.
But I'm saying that for every GOOD looking red head that I've seen... there's about 5 that are totally NOT what most people would consider attractive.
Didn't mean to offend anyone.
Someone can start a thread about 'Do you find people with big ears that stick out attractive' and most people will say no, but I have them and stilll work it out... I consider myself to be pretty okay looking.
Some people even find that particular trait of mine endearing.
Just like obviously there's some people who really like red heads.
I'm just saying its hit or miss.
I hope you're a 'hit!'

I think, men or women...
it's REALLY difficult to find a truly good looking red-headed person.
I mean there's lots of famous good looking red heads. Julianne Moore... Christina Hendricks.
But people like that hardly exist in real life.
I know a few very cute red headed guys and a few very pretty red headed girls in my life -- but most of them, just being honest -- I'd NEVER be attracted to.
You are either or  as a red head.
Man, you just opened a door to a boat load of poop with this statement,...

yea, but you kinda are. i don't consider myself or my dh absolutely gorgeous so apparently we must be unattractive
whatever, doesn't matter. i don't find blondes with big ears attractive

So, although... I'm afraid that I probably am speaking accurately for a lot of people out there. Even though a lot of people (Especially now) aren't going to be like 'Yeah ehh, red heads hmm not so much.'

nope, most people would just say something along the lines of "no, i don't find them attractive" or "not for me" or "not a fan" instead of saying if you're not gorgeous you're ugly

Exactly -- just b/c it isn't your specific taste doesn't mean that you should generalize -- unless, of course you say, "i'm generalizing from my own experience"
but to say for every 1 hot redhead you know 5 ugly, that is a bit much.
