So funny, I was just thinking of posting the same question this week. We're going to start after I'm 30 weeks. I just think that I'll feel a little safer after that milestone... I already ordered the crib and mattress and picked out everything else that needs to be ordered now it's a question of painting, decals and putting it all together. Can't wait to start!!

We painted the Nursery Thanksgiving Weekend and the furniture was delivered last week. We ordered the furniture from BRU and it came in so quickly!!
Now we are just waiting on the bedding and little accessories that I am pretty sure I will get at my shower.
My goal is to have everything done at least 3 weeks before I am due (3/27).

I am not worrying about it until after the holidays. The nursery already is painted but needs to be cleared out. We are going to order furniture right after Christmas.

Right now DH and his friend are finishing skim coating it. Hopefully they will prime it this weekend and then paint it next week. FIL is buying our furniture - we'll go as soon as the room is done. We also have to redo the floor so we have to take that into account with the furniture delivery. My shower is January 9th - I'd like it finished with or without the furniture actually being in the room by then.

we painted a few weeks backs and just got the furniture delivered. we are pretty much waiting until after my shower to finish the rest (shower is jan 23)
