Quest Diagnostics- Same Day Beta Results?
Hi,
Just trying to plan ahead and decide whether to go to my center or Quest to have my betas done...does Quest give same day beta results? If so, are they available on-line the same day? Do they tell the patient the results the same day or do they simply send the results to your RE? Thanks.

Not sure about Quest, but all labs do same day tests, if it says STAT on the r/x. They send them directly to RE, you have to find out from RE

oh, i am very happy inside, but so nervous! counting day till we are supposed to hear the hb (12/16)

Totally understandable...I think most newly pregnant ladies feel like you do...like they can finally breathe a sigh of relief once they hear the HB. I trust that all will be well. Still rooting for you ;)

I had mine done at Quest and my dr was able to get the results for me in the same day. I think she wrote STAT on the order form.

yes, Quest can give same day beta results. You just have to go in the morning and the results should be sent to your doctor by 5 or 6 pm ish.
I had all my betas from a quest and all but 1 was available same day.

quest does same day betas if the script says so. ive gone as late as 1 and still gotten the results same day. i find if im in by 10am i get the results by like 3-4pm. good luck!!

ahh you got your results earlier than I got mine. BUT my script didn't say same day results on it... it still came same day though, just a little later in the day.

As long as you go early enough, you wiill have it the same day. It must say STAT. Sometimes you have to call the 800 number to push the results along. But I always got my results from the dr's office. They would not give me the results
