I need serious Kitchen help!!
I have to make a decision by wed at 5! please help
which kitchen would you pick or want if it was your kitchen
All appliances are stainless and the whole house has the oil rubbed bronze french door handles. current wood floors in kitchen that are staying are these
#1 Canvas with cocoa glaze
I would have to use the following hardware on draws
cabinets
sink facuet
granite-something like this
#2 Dove white
use this hardware
Sink facuet would be in a silver too
granite

I love #1. I wouldn't go with a dark granite, it shows everything and I am constantly wiping it down.

thanks! I'm so excited and my heart is with #1 but I was afraid it was too much a style, and we know we won't be in this house forever so I wanted to see if other people would even like that in a kitchen

#1 - the glaze works better with your floors.
I'm not feeling the stark white #2 cabinets with your bleached wood floors. The tones are too different.

Definitely #1. It's more of a cohesive and timeless look.
I don't like the contemporary hardware in #2, or the way it would work with the traditional styled cabinet doors. I also think the softer finish on #1 is much warmer than the stark white of #2.
I love white kitchens, I just put one in myself!

i would not get an ORB sink faucet
It will turn/tarnish.
You can get a satin nickel faucet and still have ORB on the rest of the kitchen.

I already have one but I don't like the look in the kitchen
you are the first person to tell me this, and a few of my friends and MIL have them. I thought they seal coat them and that doesn't happen but I could be wrong
I will post pics of before and after, and the disaster we made. we painted the cabinets white. the paint came out great but they look so old now. so of course now we have an excuse for a new kitchen

I have white cabinets with black nero granite and I love it. I like both - you have to with what you love!
I like the brushed stainless handles - mine are squared off more. The floor is chocolate brown. So far I like what you chose alot!
