Appliance Repairs
My refrigerator works but the freezer is just cold, not keeping food frozen. I checked all the settings, nothing has changed.
I'm wondering if all I need is a simple repair but when I went to my local Lowes (not where the appliance was purchased, it came with our house from the seller) they looked at me like I was nuts 
Should I just buy a new refrigerator? A decent one was like $800 (and of course, the $2k ones were so yummy )

You can call Sears. They repair everything even if you don't get it from them.
A service call is about $100. We did it and it was worth it for us
