Forclosure sales
Does anyone know anything about buying a house in forclosure? I don't know a thing about it and found a house I may be interested in, but its bank owned.

I sell Bank owned homes and short sales
the process is a little different
there are usually 2 ways to buy a bank owned property or REO
Cash
or FHA 203k rehab loan
