Condo/ townshouses in Western Suffox
We have started looking into condos but looking for suggestions. Trying to stay closer to the nassau border.
But schools are my most important deciding factor.
Suggestions welcomed!

You can try Tara in Commack - it is close to the LIE and NS and the school district is rated one of the best.

There are townhouses on Montauk Hwy in West Islip (just east of the Robert Moses Causeway). West Islip school district.
