My parents just put their condo up for rent out there. Its in Mesa.

My parents just put their condo up for rent out there. Its in Mesa.
The office of the complex actually got me the lead. I had the only 2 bedroom condo on the ground floor. You would think that it would have gone fast but there were so many folks with crappy credit or they wanted it to be a palace with stainless and cherry cabinets like the new model in the clubhouse looked.
I recommend rent.com as well.
In the end, I just hope they stay for a while and pay their rent on time. I think we have a winner.
Good luck to your folks. Mesa is very nice.
