Vicks Vapor Rub on the feet?
How exactly does that work?
DS was hacking away tonight bc of his allergies, so I gave him his nebulizer treatment, and then bc I had heard that you can put Vapor Rub on the feet...I did.
But how exactly does rub on his feet help chest congestion 
Im puzzled.

my boss told me about this one...something about drawing the cold out through your feet - I dont get it but it worked for my DD. Did you put socks on after?

Yes, I did....hes all socked up and all bc I read it on hear many moons ago.

We did it for DD. Ped recommended it actually. Vicks and socks. It sort of helped.

andrea, regular vicks? thats ok at 5-6 months? Jack still has a bad cough - its actually MUCH worse today so i was thinking about getting some. I know they have the vapo pads but they dont last too long

they do make baby vicks, which is what I just used for DS, even though hes 3. Its what we had in the house. I never used it as a baby, bc of the warnings, so we had it laying around.
