Can't believe it
My new tenant is actually, really moving in.
She called me to find out how she can pay me electronically every month on the 1st.
She actually wanted to pay me on time..what a concept.
she is donating a lot of her furniture from her house she sold since she doesn't want it to go to waste..she is very happy with the condo..
She has already switched over the electric account.
Am I dreaming?
After almost 10 months of having no tenant this is really going to help my bottom line.
