How long does it take you to drop your infant off at daycare?
Seems like it will take at least 15 minutes...

Yeah...If Im getting your question..I drop him in his room...put bottles in the fridge, sheet on the mattress etc and talk to the teacher.. maybe 10 mins. (m close.. it takes about 5 mins to get there from the house)

usually 10 mins - there is a form i fill out everyday day and I put his sheet in his crib, put his bottles in the fridge and chat with his teacher. sometimes is 15-20 minutes when i realzie im running late for work!

Yeah takes me about 10-15 minutes. Every morning I have to...
-Sign DS in
-Put his bottles in the fridge
-Fill out a sheet on last nap, changing etc.
-Talk to the girls about anything specific for the day or how he was the night before
-Take off his jacket, get him settled in and of course kiss him goodbye

Not even 5 minutes, unless there is something I need to chat with them about.
I kiss her good bye when we get out of the car and just drop her and go.
They take her out of the carseat and she eats right away. They have formula and bottles there, and keep the sheets and wash them each week.

Forever.
I have 2 and the little one is easy: bottles/food, fill out sheet/ talk to the morning teachers/kiss kid good bye.
The bigger one is tougher: Wash hands, talk to teacher, give her hugs and kisses, shove out the door. It takes longer though because she's talking and her friends are coming up to talk and show off their dresses, twirl, etc etc
Maybe 20 minutes?

3 minutes. put him in his chair, give him a bottle, put away the bottles and say goodbye. got a train to catch

It usually takes 10 minutes but, it's because I chat and watch him play for a bit. I also have to chase him down the hall since he and his little friend like to go on adventures before they put the gate up in the classroom.

10-15 now at 2yrs old (painful 10mins I might add)
At infancy it was still about 10mins. Walk in, sign in, take her to her room, hand off, talk, kisses goodbye.

I remember when they were infants it took a while since you have to get the child out of the car seat, tell the teacher anything new for the day etc
its easier when they get older

3-5 min. I have DS at an in-home daycare. I just give her a run down of his eaarly morning or the night before give her the diaper bag which has his bottles and that's it. I say goodby to DS to her and run out to the car.
Someone else said it on the thread...I have a train to catch!

10 min or so.
I get there, log her into the computer in the front with my code- walk to her classroom.
I put her stuff in her cubby (crib sheets, extra clothes, anything I washed the night before, etc)
Then I put her bottles in the fridge.
I fill out her sheet with the time of her last diaper change, last bottle, and how she slept.
Finallly I take her out of the car seat and hand her over to the teacher.
Sometimes if she is fussy or crying or the teacher is busy with another baby I hang around a bit.
It's different each day , but 10 min is my average.

should take 2min...but i stand there talking to the daycare provider because she has become my friend so it takes much longer! (DD goes to a home daycare)

I think about 5-10 mins, but usually on the lesser side. Fill out daily sheet, bottles & food in fridge, lots of hugs & kisses to DS & run.

but it takes about 5 because I like to talk to her, engage her with toys there for 1-2 mins

Gregory is easy (compared to Lucas)...about 10 minutes for him alone. We get in and I sit him at the polker table  and give him a toy. Put the bottles and food in the fridge, clothing in the bin (when necessary) and a kiss good bye.
When he was younger and in the newborn room the teacher would take him from me and get him settled.

Wow I didn't realize this was going to be such a process...makes me feel even more guilty for not being able to drop off/pick up DS from daycare once he starts (DH will be doing it since he works close by)
