5.5 mth appt. and Jack's neck lump
it is just a lymph node   thank goodness!  thanks everyone for all the good thoughts!
he is 17.8 lbs so he has gained 6 oz in the past 2 weeks on Alimentum. He wasnt gaining so we have been checking.
three vaccines and NO tears! two shots and 1 oral  big boy!
and we can FINALLY start solids!!! YAY!  
Ped aggreed that he has 2 teeth coming through and possibly a third on the bottom  3 at once, poor kid!

YAY! 3 teeth 
Not to scare you, but to make you aware....when i was 7 months old my lymph node actually got SO huge it almost bursted, I had to have it removed. So just watch it carefully. Since I obviously don't remember the scare is right below my ear.

ahhh! thanks Jo, i will keep a close eye on it! It about the size of a pencil eraser now   How big did it get?

Yeahy Karin. So glad everything checked out ok and I'm glad to hear he is gaining weight again. Our kids are fantabulous, they are so good to not cry for their shots. Little tough guys(gals)

My mom said it happened really quick...like it turned from a size of a pea to the size of a golf ball in a few hours.
