Changing door with lock
We rent... Our side / back door is horrible!!! It's not so much the door, its the lock. It doesn't turn so eaily, and sometimes unlocking it to let the dog out is nearly impossible. So I was just curious of about how much it costs to get a new lock that DH can put on, and have it match the key we currently have. Theres only one key for both doors, and we want to keep it that way. But the lock....augh. TIA

You can get a set of two lock to match both doors for $20 at lowes.

HD has Kwikset SmartKey locks. You can rekey the lock in about a minute, whenever you want. My shed lock uses my house key because I "rekeyed" it to use my house key.
