your body will tell you when it's time to stop. there will come a point where you physically won't be able to sleep on your tummy, until then try placing a pillow between your legs and hug another one... this, combined with a pillow against my back (between me and DH) has worked for me!

try the snoogle. I got it and now I don't sleep so much on my tummy, I end up hugging the pillow. Of course, I have a ways to go before I have to stop sleeping in my tummy.

I just looked for the snoogle online and wanted to thank you for the suggestion! It looks amazing! Exactly what I think I need!Chat Icon Does it lose its firmness? I read that review on amazon and the woman complained that it got saggy quickly.

your body will absolutely tell you when its time to stop rolling on the belly. I had the same problem. But around 32 weeks it became uncomfortable and I automatically stopped doing it in my sleep. dont worry too much - when its time to stop sleeping on your belly - youll know.

I just use a regular pillow in between my legs.
I change back and forth because my legs get numb, from sleeping on that side
