Courteney Cox & David Arquette Split ETA: Statement from the Couple
ourteney Cox and David Arquette have split after 11 years of marriage but are still friends, JustJared.com can confirm.
InTouch broke the news while TMZ reports they’ve been separated for “several months”.
The couple has a 6-year-old daughter, Coco. They met in 1995 on the set of Scream, married four years later, and co-star in the new Scream movie, out next year.
Reps for both Courteney and David were not available for comment.
Statement:
"The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage," they say. "We remain best friends and responsible parents to our daughter and we still love each other deeply. As we go though this process we are determined to use kindness and understanding to get through this together."
They add: "We are comfortable with the boundaries that we have established for each other during this separation and we hope that our friends, family, fans and the media also show us respect, dignity, understanding and love at this time as well."

He was on Stern a few months ago and Stern asked if they had a good marriage. You could tell by his answers that things were going ruff. He said she always keeps him inline and is "not his mother".

There was a blind item months ago and I wish I could remember what website....but they totally fit the bill but I didn't want to believe it was them. Maybe it was. Sad.

Awwww --- that stinks! I always loved that they weren't a "conventional" couple and stayed mostly out of the spotlight and seemed genuine.

I read in the post today that he is cheating on her....
He was on Howard Stern today saying how he did not and was not cheating on her, that they have been split up for a while and trying to keep it private but since he was seen with another woman they were forced to come out to the public - something like that.

I heard she's not so innocent either. I read she's been seeing her Cougar Town Co-Star for a while too.
Also, after the things he said on Howard Stern about Courtney this morning I wouldn't take him back.
