Area rugs on rugs.
Do you have this?
I am thinking about putting one in this area in front of the couch... what do you think? Older pic, couch has more pillows now....

I have that, a big persian in my living room to define the seating area.
Just make sure you get a rug pad that is made for rug to carpet to keep it from slipping around when you walk on it.

Thanks guys. I feel a little bored w the area. Eventually we'd love hard wood through out but for now we have to work w what we have....
Any suggestions on a rug to tie in these chairs.

its totally fine just keep the pile low otherwise it becomes a tripping hazzard
