Tuesday QOTD
so it's tuesday and a long way to the weekend, so today i want to hear about stress management.
what's your strategy for staying zen throughout the pregnancy? how will you juggle all the responsibilities of being a mom along with whatever stress you already have and still make time for yourself and romance with DH?
these are some of the major challenges i know i'm going to face because i have a hard time letting things roll off my back. i'm a worrier with the pregnancy, i know i have to get back into my yoga state of mind and reorder my priorities so that i keep telling myself that nothing matters as much as staying calm for the baby...let the chips fall as they may.
once LO arrives, i think it's important to schedule "me" time as well as couple time and commit to making it happen: date nights, friday afternoon pedicures, time to exercise, etc.

working out is definitelly the only thing that keeps me sane. I have gotten away from it and while preparing for TTC, Im starting again. I hope that when a LO arrives, I can still make it a priority and like you said, have "me" time. It's so important if Im going to be a good mom/wife... and all the other hats we wear...

i dont have a plan for that yet! i worry about everything and i stress out about lots of things. i just know the day i get my bfp again, i gotta change my outlook! and just relax, because its not about me anymore!! that baby would be more important to me than anything worth stressing out about!

I am still working on that...haha I need to come up with some strategies because I can get stressed and anxious easily. I think one of my big things that I do now is too talk it out with my dh or mom and my close friends. That is what helps me now.

i am a worrier as well and i dont have a game plan yet. hopefully just by working out or doing something to keep me feeling good will help reduce stress.
