Washing Machine Help
We just moved into our home and it came w/a front loading washing machine. I have noticed that it smells like mold  I tried cleaning the rubber seal but its not helping water gets trapped in the seal every time I do a load.
Has this happened to anyone else? How do I fix this???

Run the hottest cycle with bleach... then leave the door open to air it out.
eta: no clothes, just bleach.

do one load with vinegar
then do another with bleach
then keep it up with that new cleaning solution for front loaders from tide -- that's good week-to-week 'upkeep'!

Yep this is what we do(our cycle is called a tub clean). You also want to drain the water hose and clean the filter. I do this maintenance every month on my machine and get no smell.
