getting mortgage commitment letter
So we're getting it this week supposedly. According to my lawyer it'll come with some extra stipulations, like we need to get them a. b. and c. Am I basically in the clear after that and not going to have to deal with them asking me for anything else???

ours came with a list of stipulations (more paperwork to get). After we turned in all those, we were still asked for a few more things. Mostly bank related things.. like clarification on money we moved ("verification of deposits", etc)

ha, we just got our committment a week ago. and i got sooo annoyed with all the conditions because half the stuff is stuff we already gave them!!! they'll ask for updated bank statements, a copy of title report, homeowners insurance, possibly canceled rent checks (if u rent now) to show timely payment
