possibly moving again...
DH just isn't happy with where we are and is worried we wont be able to afford the house we are in a few years from now. We are currently renting and its time to downsize a little and save more before we get bigger.
meanwhile i am super happy where we are and know that we can make it just by cutting out certain luxuries.
how do you deal with this ?
i really dont want to have to MOVE again, this will be my 4th time moving in like 5 years!

I think its a step in the right direction esp. if you can live comfortably and save $$. Peace of mind is a great thing!

We have also moved a ton of times in the last 5 years (on long island and out of state twice).
Moving stinks...especially with little ones. But if you can save some money, it may be worth it.

Me too! I spent some much money on some places and I really did not need the space or "fancy" location.
You live and learn.
But to save money you don't rent cheaper and spend more money now available on "luxuries". That's what usually happen!
