3rd tri girls--how much do you pee in the middle of the night?

just wondering what i have to look forward to because i already wake up 2-3 times a night .

I was too! It was really taking its toll on me- so I've been trying to limit my fluids at night (but I make sure I drink during the day) and that has helped a bit- I still get up but only once.

Honestly, there are times I get up every hour , but usually it's every few hours. I defiantly noticed a huge difference in my 3rd Tri.

The worst part now (I am 40wks on Tues) I can't get up or walk around without having to pee or the feeling of having to.

I try to limit my fluids after dinner and so far it has worked. I have only been getting up once!

2-3 times a night is NOTHING. In fact, when I hit the second trimester and went down to 2-3 times a night, I was so excited! It felt like I got my life back!!!!!

First tri I was going probably 6 to 8 times a night. It was horrible. I couldn't sleep more than an hour without getting up.

I'm going 1-2 times a night now, but some nights it's closer to 4 times -- depends on how much I had to drink and when.

I asked DH if he wanted me to start wearing diapers or something... we're supposed to drive to the outer banks next weekend and it's like 4+ hours in the car... I'll have to pee probably 3 times and he's NOT going to want to stop. He looked at me like I was crazy but he's gonna be annoyed. Maybe I should just bring a paper cup or something.

Anyway, I'll let you know in a month or so how the third trimester goes...

Honestly... like 5-6 but I drink a lot of water...

Even not being prego I go at least 2-3 times...

I must be lucky. I rarely get up at night. I'm 37 weeks now and I just started to get up once somewhere between 4am and 5am to go to the bathroom.

I still drink at night too - last night I drank water at around 10:30 and still was able to make it to 5am before I got up.

My night "peeing" has always been pretty constant throughout the pregnancy...2-3 times is pretty standard.

The only thing I will say that has changed in the 3rd tri is that when I wake up b/c of having to pee it's like I need to rushhhhhhhh to the bathroom b/c I dont think I can make it. Baby head is obviously bigger and much lower on my bladder so the pressure is INSANE!!!

I'm 35 weeks and on average 3 times a night lately.

It varies but about 2-3 times per night. Although sometimes I can't fall back asleep.

I always feel like I have to pee when I'm walking around. I can sit for hours and be fine but get up and keep feeling like I have to go.

And for the poster who is worried about travelling....google travel johns. You can buy them on Amazon. Even if you don't use them...for sanity purposes, it's nice to have. Better than a cup.

Also, something else I saw, purchased, but have yet to use. (DH and I travled for 2 weeks and I was worried about the frequent urination). The P-Mate. Helps you pee standing up. Especially useful if you need to use a port-a-pottie.

Just hit the third tri and I'm up once a night, almost every night. But that's been consistent from the day I POAS!

at least 2-3 times.

i do find that i just began sleeping less in the 3rd trimester - im usually up at least 5x's during the night. sometimes my eyes just pop open for no good reason and i dont even have to go.

I'm 36 weeks & I've been getting up like 3x a night. It's sooooo annoying! Not to mention it takes me forever to actually FALL ASLEEP!!!
