HCG level 3700 at about 5 weeks ??

Does this sound normal or high?

Last pregnancy I did IVF so I found out very early and had a beta of 184. So when I heard this, I was like HOLY COW.

Just wondering what you ladies think

At 5 weeks, 3700 is within the normal range.

Guideline to hCG levels during pregnancy:

5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
6 weeks LMP: 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml
7 - 8 weeks LMP: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml
9 - 12 weeks LMP: 25,700 - 288,000 mIU/ml
13 - 16 weeks LMP: 13,300 - 254,000 mIU/ml
17 - 24 weeks LMP: 4,060 - 165,400 mIU/ml
25 - 40 weeks LMP: 3,640 - 117,000 mIU/ml

thanks! I was flipping out, worried it was twins! which would be a total blessing but I have a 7 1/2 month old at home!

I only had one BT and it said my level was 42,500. My GP estimated I was somewhere between 6 and 8 weeks from that. At my first appointment, my OB said the baby was measuring exactly 8 weeks (that's how I got my E.D.D., since my cycles were so irregular) which meant that the 42,500 was at exactly 6 w 6 d (counting backwards).

I think it's within normal range. Mine was 6023 at 5 weeks and I am pregnant with 1 baby.

Sounds normal to me! I was at 4700 at about 6w5d
