OMG Had Dr. appt and In one month I gained
5 pounds!!! I am 4 months,
I only gained 5 pounds the first trimester!
did not think I ate tha much lol

I've been consistantly gaining 1lb/week since the very beginning. Now at 27 weeks, I am up 25-26lbs.
The weight gain isn't necessarily bc you are eating a lot, you are growin a human beng!!

I just do not want to gain 65 pounds like I did with my DS Doc said it should even out lets hope I told him!!

I'm nervous about my weight because my scale broke at home. I like to weigh myself twice a week and make sure I'm not getting TOO heavy. Now I have no idea and that's really bugging me.

I am nervous my weight will go up a lot too but I have been trying to be good. I am just always hungry lately.

I've been averaging a pound a week since getting PG...but this doctors appt I just got back from my weight went up 1 pound in 2 weeks, so I"m hoping it will stay at the 1/2 lb a week rate.
You can't control the weight gain unfortunately-your bodys just doing what it needs to do to make and keep your baby strong! As long as you're making healthy food choices and staying remotely active, any weight game is metabolism/baby growing related......now if you're eating taco bell and ice cream every day? That's a little different.
I'm a week behind you and I"m up 14 pounds. Everyone is different, try not to stress

i was in big trouble w/ my doc!

I retain a lot of water during my period, so I gained more in the beginning and it leveled it off soon. Once I gave birth, I lost 30+ lbs of body fluid

don't worry too much. I gained like 5 lbs in 2 weeks! but I am not in my last week and I actually am weighing almost 10lbs less than I did with my 1st daughter!!!!
