2nd Birthday party food help!
Tell me if you think this is enough food for 50-55 people:
(I really wanted to do mostly appetizers and snacks so people could relax and we wouldn't have so many leftovers)
pepperoni, cheese and crackers
hummus and pretzels
tortilla chips, three kinds of salsa and spinach dip
pigs in a blanket and mustard
jalapeno poppers
Two 6-ft heros:
1/2 American
1/2 Italian
1/2 Buffalo chicken
1/2 grilled chicken
potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw
large caesar salad
1 full tray baked ziti
1 full tray chicken nuggets (for the kids)
50 hot wings, 50 teriyaki wings
Dessert:
fruit salad
cupcakes
What else do we need???

I would just throw in a vegetable somewhere. Maybe vegetable platter with dip or a nice ceaser or tossed salad.

Shrimp platters always go over big at my family gatherings. We get them at Costco.
I'm drooling over your sandwiches. 
Oh and some handi-wipes near the wings!

I want to do shrimp cocktail, that is my favorite app, but my mom said don't bother

I would add a salad like a PP mentioned. Other than that, I think you have plenty! I so want a piece of that Buffalo chicken sandwich lol!!
