I'm so sorry that you are going through this. I've been there a few times. You must know that there was absolutely nothing you did that caused this. Early m/c typically happen for genetic reasons and they are a lot more common than you know. It has nothing to do with you not taking it easy.
I agree with this 100%!! I experienced 3 early losses (all between 4-6 weeks). And it was so hard not to blame myself. But through it all I really did learn that there was NOTHING I could do. Sometimes bad things just happen. I am SO sorry that you have to deal with it. That kind of pain I wish on absolutely nobody. I pray for peace over you & daddy-to-be during this time.
