In NY it was around 7pm or later She was almost ALWAYS asleep. She'd wake up for me and spend an hour or so before dropping off again around 9-10pm.

She definitely was a daddy's girl because of it. He dropped her off and picked her up. I missed alot those first few months from 4mo to 8mo

Now in TX I get home around 6pm. BUT the main reason for moving was now I'm closer to her all the time, so we pick her up from daycare together. We all come home and we all go to daycare together each morning. It was a huge point for me.

If I dont have any meetings or professional development, I am home by 4/430.

DD was going to bed by 630 when I working (Im off for the summer) but I am hoping to push it to 7 for some extra family time.

Between 6:30 and 7; I usually leave home around 8:30.

DD gets tired b/t 7:30 and 8:30 so, yeah, it sucks being a working mom.

We leave the house at 6am, and I get home around 5:30 - 6pm.

I usually get home just after 7 - DD's in bed by 7:30 so I really get no time with her. She used to be in bed by 8 but dropped her 3rd nap and just can't make it that long. I basically come home and put her to bed. I also don't get much time in the morning - that's DH's time usually and I have to get ready since I have to leave before him - he waits for the nanny since he doesn't have much of a commute while mine is 30 minutes and I need to be able to leave earlier and he can't do that (we're both lawyers so we don't have fixed hours). Honestly, the only thing that gets me through is Fridays and weekends - I only work 80%, 4 days a week so I have her all to myself every Friday and it's nice - then DH and I share her on the weekends.
