We're just having issues with the sellers we're buying the house from. He's a big wig lawyer who makes a lot of money and owns a few homes and is fighting us on everything!
Some tiny costs that's in the contract that he should take care of he won't b/c he knows we working on getting a mortgage even though we bought for cash (Which we can still close for). Funny thing is the pool service pple called us with a quote on what they do to maintain the pool at the house and what they pay in a week would cover the costs Obviously we'll take care of the pool ourselves Anyway... need some good home vibes from you girls. I don't want this moved to the "home" forum since you girls are the best!
