great haircut in the city or queens?
my best friend is donating her hair to locks of love and wants a great haircut. she lives in queens and works in the city and is willing to go in either area. a lot of salons offer free or discounted haircuts when you donate, so she's looking to go somewhere nicer than her usual place. any suggestions?

I love Bellas Beauty Salon on Station Road in Aurbundale... she used to work at Christies salon in Bay Terrace but branched off to open her own salon.
I cut off maybe 7 inches (couldn't donate because it was so damaged) but she did a great job...

I cut off my hair for LOL last year & I went to Alex at Shear Magic in Whitestone.
I can email you my before & after pics if you want. I was so happy with my hair. It was the first time that I didn't cry after a cut.
just wanted to add that this place didn't give a discount.
